A - Orders

After placing your order via the www.laurette-deco.com website providing all the information requested and after accepting the General Conditions of Sale, you will receive an order confirmation.

If within 48 hours you have not received confirmation of the order, please contact us on contactsite@laurette-deco.com or by telephone at +33 (0) 1 46 99 04 19.

In the event of being out of stock, the unavailability of the product ordered or difficulties related to the execution of a specific order leading to a delay of more than 7 days in relation to the times indicated above, we will contact you and, if the order is confirmed, we will notify you of the delivery date. If the order is not confirmed, you will be refunded as soon as possible.

The items sold on the site may not be delivered with gift packaging.

B - Deliveries

The items in stock are made available to the transporter by Laurette within 7 days of the confirmation of the order. 
The time required to produce the customized products is indicated in the order confirmation. It generally takes from 8 to 10 weeks.

You can choose to be delivered wherever you wish: at home, at your place of work, on vacation, at friends or neighbours. We deliver to the address of your choice in France and abroad.

Take note for a delivery Metropolitan France : at the time when you purchase furniture and if you want it to be delivered inside your home, make sure of the accessibility for trucks (etc.) and the possibility of passing through doors, interior stairs or elevators.

For a delivery outside Metropolitan France : make sure of the accessibility for trucks. The delivery man will drop goods in the street in front of your home.

The delivery times depend on the transporter and Laurette is not responsible (and will not refund the delivery costs) in the event of late delivery. The average time period generally practised are:

1- Delivery - Metropolitan France:

a- items in stock, lightweight, non-fragile and non-bulky:

The carrier generally carries out deliveries within 48 / 72h from the time the goods are made available by Laurette, from Monday to Saturday morning, except bank holidays. Your products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form and are handed to you against the signature on the delivery note. In case of absence during delivery, a transit note is filed to allow you to retrieve your products at the post office indicated. The parcels are kept at the post office for 15 calendar days. In the absence of withdrawal within the stated time limit, the products are returned to LAURETTE.

b- Items in stock, fragile, heavy or bulky:

Once the transporter has taken possession of the goods from Laurette, the transporter in general, delivers within 3 to 7 days in the Parisian region (inner ring) and 2 to 3 weeks in Metropolitan France. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

Delivery: by default, the carrier/deliveryman makes the delivery at the foot of the house. Delivery inside the home without furniture assembly or with furniture assembly is an option not available on the Laurette site but can be quoted upon request of the customer.

In the case of absence, the deliveryman will leave a transit note with details of his next visit as well as the details of the customer service of the transporter, to arrange a new delivery date. If you are not present during the delivery and the delivery cannot be made, the items will be forwarded to the logistics centre of the transporter. An extra delivery charge will be charged for the next delivery.

If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the transport and return costs.

2- Delivery times outside of Metropolitan France:

Depending on the selected item, Laurette proposes a service provider that they feel is suitable to ensure the delivery. LAURETTE will give you a quote and the delivery times.
The delivery man will drop goods in the street in front of your home.

If you are not present during the delivery and the delivery cannot be made, the items will be forwarded to the logistics centre of the transporter. An extra delivery charge will be charged for the next delivery.

In case of non-accessibility by truck, an extra delivery charge will be charged for the next delivery.

C - Delivery costs

For every order passed the amount of the delivery costs is indicated before the order is confirmed.

The delivery fees are based on the delivery location, the weight and the volume of items ordered.

For your Information: Colissimo fees from € 6, 99 and gradually increases depending on the weight and destination. Costs by a specialised transporter from € 40 and gradually increases depending on the place of delivery, the volume and weight of the items ordered.

For shipments outside the European Union, the taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the addressee and will be requested at the time of delivery. In this case, the invoice accompanying the parcel is in duplicate and is sent to the customer at the invoice address.

D - Returns

Apart from the conform delivery guarantee and hidden defects and your right to cancel within 7 days, you may, within the limits and conditions specified in the General Conditions of Sale, return the product in case of breakage or an error on the part of LAURETTE.

You must check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery. If the item is broken, you must refuse it and it is imperative that you notify in writing on the delivery note specifying (i) the details of the item (ii) the problem encountered, and (iii) your refusal and the date and indicate "return to Laurette." For accessories and small furniture (-30 kg):

If it is found that the reason for the return is an error on our part or the part of the transporter, we will send a "Colissimo Suivi Retour" label to you. You just have to paste it on the package.

The product should be returned in a package designed for this purpose in order for the product not to be identified (postal packaging, bubble envelope, Kraft paper ...)

Laurette will refund the price paid within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned products.

For large furniture:

If it is found that the reason for the return is an error on our part or on the part of the transporter, we will recover the furniture in question at our cost.

Laurette will refund the price paid within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned products.

If returned goods do not meet the criteria listed above, we cannot accept them.

Any product that is damaged, incomplete, missing parts, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

In the case where the right to withdrawal is exercised, the return of the product must be sent in their original packaging, intact, with all the accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale, indicating the order number to which the products relates.

You can also return the product in case of non-compliance or if the products contain a hidden defect, under the conditions stated in the General Conditions of Sale.
